Energy

Energy is the main resource used to participate in reward-generating activities in Rune Hero.
It limits the rate at which resources and equipment enter the game while allowing players to decide which activities matter most to their progression.
Energy Consumption
Energy is consumed in the following ways:
Dungeons — Energy is deducted once when the player enters a dungeon.
Outland — Energy is deducted once when the player enters Outland.
Life Skills — Gathering and production activities require Energy.
Energy costs may vary by activity and game version.
Daily Energy Recovery
Every player receives a base amount of Energy through daily recovery.
Players who want additional Energy can use the Crystal system to expand their daily activity.
Arcane Crystals
Players can equip one Arcane Crystal at a time.
An equipped Arcane Crystal provides additional daily Energy recovery and can be charged with Arcane Dust for more Energy.
Arcane Crystals can also be upgraded to improve their quality.
Higher-quality Arcane Crystals provide:
More Energy through daily recovery;
More Energy when charged with Arcane Dust.
Players who do not own an Arcane Crystal may rent one through the in-game marketplace.
Detailed upgrading, charging, and rental rules are explained on the Arcane Crystal NFT page.
Damaged Crystals
Damaged Crystals provide new players with an entry-level way to gain additional Energy and understand how the Crystal system works.
They allow players to experience more early-game activities before deciding whether to rent or purchase an Arcane Crystal NFT.
Their availability and usage rules follow the current game version.
Managing Energy
Players can use Energy across combat, gathering, and production according to their available time and progression goals.
Efficient Energy management is an important part of character development and the wider Rune Hero economy.
